1. About SleepZzzone

SleepZzzone offers standard-size mattresses, customised mattresses, pillows and related sleep products. Product availability and ordering options may vary.

2. Product Information

We aim to provide accurate product descriptions, images, dimensions, materials and pricing. Product appearance may vary slightly due to photography, lighting or screen settings.

Customers should review product specifications and measurements carefully before placing an order.

3. Standard and Customised Mattresses

We offer both standard-size and customised mattresses.

For customised orders, customers are responsible for providing and checking the required measurements and specifications before confirming the order. Any requested changes after confirmation must be discussed with SleepZzzone and may not always be possible.

4. Prices and Payments

Prices and applicable charges will be shown or communicated before purchase confirmation.

Available payment methods include online payments through Razorpay and UPI or bank transfer, where offered. Orders may be processed after the required payment has been received and confirmed.

Customers should never share their payment PINs, passwords or OTPs with anyone.

5. Order Confirmation

Please review your product selection, mattress dimensions, delivery address, contact details and order amount before confirming your purchase.

We may contact customers to verify order details or clarify information required to fulfil an order.

6. Order Cancellation

Customer-requested cancellations after order confirmation are subject to SleepZzzone's applicable order policy. Customers should contact us as soon as possible if they need assistance.

Nothing in this section limits any rights or remedies available under applicable law, including those relating to defective or incorrect products, or orders that cannot be fulfilled.

7. Delivery Policy

SleepZzzone aims to deliver both standard-size and customised mattress orders within 3–5 days after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary depending on the delivery location, product availability and unforeseen circumstances. If a significant delay occurs, we will inform the customer where possible.

Customers may contact SleepZzzone for delivery updates or assistance.

8. Returns, Exchanges and Refunds

Returns, exchanges and refunds are handled according to our separate Cancellation, Return and Refund Policy and applicable law. Customers should review that policy before placing an order.

Please contact SleepZzzone if a product arrives damaged, defective or different from what was ordered.
